In June 2015, and from nowhere, I was diagnosed with cancer and was given between 4 months and 2 years to live. After receiving chemotherapy and radiation, eating a ketogenic/vegan/raw diet for months, and lots of alternative therapies I beat it against all the odds.

Fighting it was tough, it ground me down.

Sadly, it came back a few months after, and I have now been told I have just several months left to live. There are no more treatments i can have here in the UK.

Your'e never out of the fight though, theres always a way!

So heres what i'm planning to do.

No one with cancer has ever reached the summit of Mount Everest before.

I'm determined to prove anything is possible, no matter what your situation. Starting in April 2017, I aim to become the first to achieve this feat, but I need your help to raise money for the trip by March 1st.

I aim to raise £250k for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The first £29,275 raised will be used to fund the expedition, with the remainder being donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.

I also want to inspire anyone living with cancer to go and do that special thing they've always wanted to do. Of course, that thing might not be climbing a mountain. It could be finishing that book you've always said you would write, learning a new skill, or taking that dream trip.

If anyone would like to help me on this jourmney, i would love your help.

Thanks

Ian
