I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer at the age of 33. I am 9 years in my battle. Now stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer, with mets in my bones, liver, lung, and my other breast. My desire to live and watch my children grow up keeps me motivated. I have adjusted to my "new normal" and take life one day at a time. Cancer has revealed the true value of a purpose driven life. It's a reminder to give the people you love their flowers everyday, and to be thankful for the things that matter. Although I have many challenges, loads of treatment, and lots of appointments ahead, I'm grateful to still be here and to thrive against the odds. I have cancer, cancer does not define me.. Love is the cure! We're Stronger Together!
