Using our materials

May I use the logo, materials or link to the video from your website? Are they free to use?

Yes, our materials are all provided free to download and use. In fact, we encourage it. The only thing we ask is that you link to our website and/or give us credit.

In copyright terms, the material is licensed under the following conditions:

  • Any of these conditions can be waived if you get permission from the copyright holder.

Can I add the logo of my organisation to the materials, for example on the poster?

Yes, you may add the logo of your organisation on any of the materials.

I don't find the posters/materials in my language. What are the options? Can I send you a translation?

We encourage anyone willing to translate the material. So please send us what you do and we will add it to the materials section. Whenever possible, we will try to produce a designed version of the translation.

If I use the World Cancer Day materials, do I need to mention your website or logo?

Yes, we would appreciate if you would link to our website and acknowledge us as the creators of the material (please refer to the 1st question here above for more information).

Thank you and the UICC for doing such an amazing job with the resources and materials. This year, we shared them with affiliates and had communicators come to us far and wide letting us know how helpful they were.
