We at Lung Connect India Foundation led an awareness campaign for the last 3 months about World Cancer Day showing our virtual and physical presence. 

1. The Lung Cancer India Foundation (LCIF), in collaboration with national news channel NDTV , launched "Lung Cancer Awareness: United in our Goals" This initiative aired nationally from February 3rd to 10th and included all lung cancer stakeholders.

2. Educational Workshop for Clinicians on Precision Oncology for Lymphoma and Lung Cancer in collaboration with MPMMCC, Varanasi.

3. The Lung Cancer India Foundation (LCIF) published three lung cancer awareness articles in national media.

4. A Panel discussion about Financial Toxicity in cancer treatment in India in collaboration with Nivarana.

5. A live (Stories of cancer from people around the world)  with World Cancer Day by UICC with one of our patient advocates.

6. LCIF contributed 15 personal stories  of individuals living with lung cancer to the World Cancer Day website.

7. Cancer is a roller coaster ride of emotions- thus tried to bring out certain emotions that families suffering from cancer go through as posters on our social media platforms. 

 8. A short video, "Diverse Voices- One Mission," was created to highlight the multilingual landscape of India and its impact on lung cancer awareness.

9. Participated in Cancer Turned my life Upside Down- an  initiative by UICC.

10. We posted a world cancer day message from Team Lung Connect India Foundation.

No campaign is complete until we know the impact. We are proud that we have reached 2 lakh 22 thousand 4 hundred and 41 people in such a short time. (Note: Our reach is completely organic)
