This session offered a safe and supportive space for women battling breast cancer to connect, share their experiences, and learn coping mechanisms. Led by experienced mental health professionals, the session addressed common emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, fear, and body image concerns.

psychological support sessions help cancer patients to:

  • Reduce anxiety: Deal with fears about treatment, recurrence, and the unknown.   
  • Cope with depression: Address feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and grief.   
  • Manage anger and frustration: Find healthy ways to express and cope with these emotions.
  • Boost mood: Increase feelings of hope, optimism, and self-worth.
  • Enhance overall quality of life: Improve overall well-being and sense of purpose.
  • Manage physical and emotional side effects of treatment: Such as fatigue, pain and body image changes.
