Harshamitra Hospital to Organise Cancer Awareness Rally on World Cancer Day 

In observance of World Cancer Day on February 4, Harshamitra Cancer and Multi-Speciality Hospital is set to organise a Cancer Awareness Rally, in collaboration with several educational institutions. This initiative aims to foster greater awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and the importance of timely medical intervention.  

The rally, which aligns with this year’s global theme, “United by Unique”, as directed by the World Health Organization (WHO), underscores the collective responsibility of individuals and institutions in combating cancer. It seeks to dispel myths surrounding the disease and promote a proactive approach to healthcare.  

Several reputed institutions are actively participating in this campaign, including KAPV Medical College, Trichy; Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, Samayanallur; Periyar Maniammai University; Indra Ganesan Group of Institutions; Servite Nursing College; and Mariamman Nursing College. The collaboration between medical and educational institutions highlights the growing emphasis on community-driven health awareness initiatives.  

Harshamitra Cancer and Multi-Speciality Hospital has consistently introduced innovative and impactful programs to address the rising incidence of cancer.
