Dr. Kanika busted some common cancer myths and shared eye-opening facts. She explained that only 2% of cancers are linked to genetics, while most cases stem from lifestyle choices—unhealthy diets, lack of exercise, obesity, tobacco, and alcohol. She also stressed the importance of the HPV vaccine for both men and women, as it helps prevent multiple types of cancer.
