Details
The Population Based Cancer Registry (PBCR) was established in October 2022 by the Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai in collaboration with the Dept. of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of Odisha. It is the first PBCR in the state of Odisha, India. The 2022 PBCR report was released jointly by the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) and the Govt. Of Odisha on 7th February 2025 in the NISER Campus. Representatives from various Govt. and private hospitals, diagnostic labs from Khordha district and other stakeholders from TMC, NISER and Govt. of Odisha were present in the report release program.
