What Matters To You?

We have designed this activity as a Town Hall Discussion to encourage open, interactive dialogue. By breaking down the traditional hierarchy between hospital management, doctors, and patients, we aim to create a space for truly constructive communication.

The event features three key sessions:

1. The Listening Circle: A dedicated time for patients and survivors to share personal stories about their care—from the empathy of the nurses to the efficiency of the service.
2. Stakeholder Response: Management and medical staff will respond to these insights, sharing their plans for improvement and discussing how to overcome challenges together.
3. The Commitment Wall: To symbolize our partnership, everyone will help create a "Patient Expectations" board. This serves as a lasting reminder of our shared goals and can be displayed prominently on an orange board.
