World Cancer Day Celebration

We are going to organize the event in one of the most advanced and Modern Hospital (Araina Medical Complex) in coordination with Afghanistan Cancer Foundation, Afghanistan Cardiovascular association, National Cancer Control program(NCCP), in the following event which will be covered by all Media channels which are operating in Afghanistan, first we will have some speech from the high level management of the above mentioned organizers regarding cancer Situation in Afghanistan and sharing the available data about disease, in second part we will play the videos of the patients which are in beds of hospital which will reflect what is the situation in Cancer Control centers, then we will have speech’s of the patients living with Cancer and their families or caretakers which will reflect the problems they are facing for access to medical services and medicine because in Afghanistan the patient should buy their medication from their own pocket Money, the audience will be the Afghanistan Health sector high level decision maker, Cancer patients(including the patient which are living in provinces and do not have access to basic medical services and medicine), medical staff from different hospitals and province and it will be open to all the public as well, the event will be announced one month before the event date by all of the social media accounts of the above mentioned organizers also we will have some billboards in different locations in kabul and province, meanwhile we will send a formal letter to all of provinces pubic health directorates and we will request them to organize a event on the same day for raising awareness and advocacy regarding Cancer, finally we will share all of the stories of the patients and their families with complete video of the event with the world to reflect the Situation of Cancer in Afghanistan and request the leading cancer Control organization to observe the situation of Afghanistan people and help us to at least provide the basic medical services to those paitents.
