Menteria Butar Butar, Indonesia shared by CISC

Menteria is a lung cancer survivor and patient navigator. Her days begin with preparing healthy meals and packing her lunch before supporting cancer patients at the hospital. After hours of caring for others, she goes for a swim to celebrate the strength her body still holds.

She also loves to read and keeps learning about cancer through seminars and World Cancer Day materials — because knowledge empowers.
