I am an art therapist & have developed the art therapy programs for Twist Out Cancer. I made this with tempra paint sticks during the art therapy group. It represents moments of self-care I had this summer at Lake Michigan. Every Friday in the summer, I meet a group of friends at sunrise to jump in the lake and have coffee. These moments help me through the day and help me be the best I can for clients and patients.
