Cancer was a subtle reminder that you can’t control everything in life no matter how hard you try. So let go of your worries and enjoy every single moment of the second chance life has given you. Cancer is life-threatening but recovery from it is life-changing. The same chemotherapy that once ruined your life will now give you a fresh new perspective of life. You will have different priorities but one thing will always remain constant – the will for life. To every fighter out there, stay strong, be positive, and always choose happiness. Let us work together to reduce cancer risk factors and overcome barriers to early diagnosis, treatment, and palliative care. It was March 2024, I was recently diagnosed with recurrence of cancer, the doctors said 3rd B stage cancer but I was such a strong, I still have hope and faith on Almighty Allah. Cancer not only kills the person but also kills the happiness in the family.
