They say cancer is only going to be a chapter in your life,not the whole story. That was true for mine when it turned everything upside down. It was the beginning of 2025 when the diagnosis was confirmed and it felt unrealistically true to be scared. Being a mother of 7 children and relaying the news to them was something beyond my control. Only God was the source of that strength. God gave me the best family support in having godly parents,my husband and children who were always by my side, my younger siblings who always encouraged me,not forgetting my in-laws. Everything changed when I made the decision to obey the doctors advice for early medical attention. It is a choice that allows me to enjoy the company of families and friends now because God has been in this story of mine. When I feel so troubled, thinking all is gone but my God has shown miraculous works in the doctors and nurses who conducted my surgery on the eve of the second of June. Early detection saves lives. Mine may be different from yours but it's been a moment to reflect and praise God for his love has never failed me yet.
