I’m not a survivor, I’m a thriver!
I was diagnosed with stage 3 bc on Jan 03, 2017. A week later, my mom’s bc metastasized to her brain and the following week my father was diagnosed with lung cancer. I was devastated for all of us. My mom unfortunately passed away in 2019, my cancer metastasized to my brain ( 1 single met) in 2018 and my father has been NED since 2017. I hope and pray that one day, cancer ( all of them) will be forever eradicated. Until then, I push forward & I try to live to the fullest. I don’t have the “why me” mindset because, why not me? I’m not more special than anyone else.
