Had an elderly patient , who presented with late symptoms of gastric cancer 

Prior to his presentation he was otherwise health but he never practiced the Routine Medical Checkul due to his poor health seeking behavior 

He believed he never needed to go for routine medical check up except he is ill 

If he had showed up earlier the cancer won’t have spread and cause metastasis to his chest. 

Prevention and early presentation goes a long way in curtailing cancer .
