Discover the art of sew sustainable fashion at Penarth Pier, Cardiff
this World Cancer Day

Together with our incredible host Dot Davies (Radio Wales presenter) and special guest Asmaa Al-allak (Breast Surgeon and winner of The Great British Sewing Bee 2023), we invite you on a fashionable trip around the globe.

There are more than two hundred types of cancer in this world, each one dressed differently to the next.

That's why this World Cancer Day, we're building a very special catwalk at Penarth Pier Pavilion to raise vital funds to ensure that everyone affected by cancer has access to quality services when, where and how they need then.

On the evening, you can expect: 

- An evening filled with creativity, fun and fundraising
- An inspiring talk on upcycling clothes by Fauve Birch and Dr. Asmaa Al-Allak and the opportunity to take home a unique piece crafted by the duo
- The chance to shop a curated selection of pre-loved clothing from our Tenovus Cancer Care shops
